1. Booking & Payments
1.1 Securing Your Date

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.
-
No date is reserved until the booking fee is received and written confirmation is provided.
-
The booking fee is deducted from the final balance.
1.2 Payment Methods
Payments may be made via bank transfer, Revolut, or other agreed methods.
All balances must be paid no later than 7 days before the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed.
1.3 Minimum Booking Requirement
A minimum booking requirement may apply for peak season weekends or long-distance weddings.
2. Trials
2.1 Trial Appointments

Trials are strongly recommended, especially for brides who rarely wear makeup or are unsure about their preferred style.
-
Trials normally take 2–2.5 hours to ensure enough time to explore colours, textures, hairstyles, and comfort.
2.2 Trial Payments & Changes
-
Trial fees are non-refundable.
-
Trials may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours’ notice.
-
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice require full payment for the missed appointment.
3. Changes to Your Booking
3.1 Adjusting Services
-
Changes to the number of services, timing, or location must be communicated as early as possible.
-
Major changes may require an updated quote.
-
Reductions in the number of services within 3 months of the wedding date will not reduce the final balance.
3.2 Additional Services
If extra people wish to have hair or makeup done, this may be possible depending on time and availability. Additional charges will apply.
4. On-the-Day Schedule
4.1 Timing
-
Each service (hair or makeup) requires approximately 45–60 minutes.
-
Bridal hair and makeup combined typically require 2–2.5 hours.
-
A full morning schedule will be created once bridal party details are confirmed.
4.2 Delays
If the bridal party runs behind schedule for reasons not caused by the artist (late arrivals, incomplete prep, etc.), the artist will complete as many services as possible within the agreed timeframe.
The artist is not responsible for unfinished services caused by delays outside their control.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Client Cancellations

Booking fee is always non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 3 months before the wedding date:
Only the booking fee is retained. -
Cancellations made within 3 months of the wedding date:
Full balance is due, as the date cannot usually be rebooked. -
Reducing the booking within 3 months does not reduce the final balance.
5.2 Cancellations by the Artist
In the extremely unlikely case of illness, emergency, or unexpected circumstances:

you will be notified immediately
-
a trusted professional replacement will be offered whenever possible
-
if no replacement is available, the booking fee and any paid balance (excluding trial fees) will be refunded
Your peace of mind is my priority.
4. Responsibility & Liability

The artist is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by circumstances beyond their control (weather, traffic, emergencies, etc.).
-
The artist is not liable for reactions to products or materials if allergies were not disclosed.
-
The client is responsible for ensuring all bridal party members follow preparation instructions (clean face, dry hair, etc.).

6. Photography & Social Media
9.1 Usage of Images
With your permission, photos taken during or after the service may be used for the artist’s social media, website, or portfolio.
You may decline this with no impact on your booking.
